Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

WhalesExpress ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what limited information we collect when you visit the site and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

  • Public on-chain data: wallet addresses, transactions, and tokens — all of which are already public on the blockchain. We do not link this data to your identity.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance.
  • Cookies: minimal functional cookies to remember preferences. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not require accounts, logins, or wallet connections to browse the site.
  • We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or government IDs unless you voluntarily contact us.
  • We do not sell your data. Ever.

How We Use Data

Aggregated, anonymized usage data is used solely to improve the product, fix bugs, and prevent abuse. On-chain data is processed to generate signals, news, and analytics displayed on the site.

Third Parties

We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, blockchain RPC providers, AI APIs) strictly to operate the service. They process data under their own privacy terms.

Data Retention

On-chain event data is retained indefinitely as part of our analytics dataset. Server logs are typically purged after 30–90 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect virtually no personal data, most requests will simply confirm we have nothing on file. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

WhalesExpress is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

This policy may change without notice. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
